These guys are incredible-the best in the business!! Two times within the
last month I had ice dams on the roof of my home in Frisco because my heat melt system was not working. Each time when I called Richard, there was someone at my house almost immediately and the ice dams were cleared within a few hours. I wasn't at home either time, however Richard and Ricardo communicated with me continuously by phone, text and pictures. They identified the problem, proposed a solution and completed the job, again all within a few hours. Even my neighbor texted me to tell me what an incredible job they had done. Unfortunately, one of the ice dams caused some leakage under the singles into the interior of the house. They stopped the leaking immediately, and as soon as the weather cleared, they again sent me pictures of what needed to be done to fix the leak and we agreed on a plan. They are finishing their work as I am writing this email. On top of everything else, their charges were very reasonable. I would recommend Karbowski Construction to anyone who has any kind of roof problem-from leaks to roof replacement. They are terrific!
